30 Day Return Policy

You've got 30 days from your purchase to send something back. Because of the intimate nature of what we carry, items need to be unopened, unused, unworn, and still in their original packaging with tags intact.

All we need is a receipt, order number, or your account info so we can find the purchase. Once your return arrives and we've had a quick look, we'll refund you to your original form of payment, minus shipping and handling. Depending on your bank, it can take about 7 to 14 days for that credit to show up.

Please note, refunds go back the same way you paid, so we're not able to offer cash back on gift card or credit card purchases.

If something you received as part of a promo turns out to be faulty, send it back and we'll replace it. If you'd rather go the refund route, you'll need to return everything from that offer or cover the value of the item you're keeping. Want to hang onto the freebie? We'll simply deduct its value from your refund.

Mail Forwarding Services

If your order is sent to a mail forwarding company, it's out of our hands once it gets there. We can't take responsibility for damage, loss, or anything that happens along the way. Orders sent this way are at your own risk, and we're not able to replace or refund items in those cases.

Shipping Details

Double check your shipping info before you place your order. A small typo in your address, phone number, or recipient name can throw everything off, and we're not able to refund orders that don't arrive because of incorrect shipping addresses. If you catch a mistake early, reach out right away and we'll do our best to fix it before it ships.
