The Role
As a Sales Associate, you'll do much more than sell products. You'll help create an environment where guests feel welcomed, respected, and comfortable from the moment they walk through our doors.
You'll listen without judgment, educate with confidence, and guide guests toward products that meet their individual needs. Every conversation is an opportunity to help someone feel more informed, more comfortable, and more confident than when they arrived.
You'll also help create memorable experiences by supporting in-store events, private parties, and celebrations. Whether you're preparing the party room, assisting guests during an event, or simply bringing positive energy to the sales floor, you'll play an important role in making Love Unlimited a destination people
can't wait to visit again.
The Day-to-Day
- Welcome every guest with warmth, enthusiasm, and genuine hospitality.
- Create a shopping experience that is welcoming, inclusive, and completely judgment-free.
- Educate guests on sexual wellness products, features, materials, and safe use through honest, informative conversations.
- Build guest confidence by asking thoughtful questions, listening carefully, and recommending products based on their needs, not pressure sales.
- Assist guests with purchases while maintaining professionalism, discretion, and respect for privacy.
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and visually inviting sales floor.
- Restock merchandise and assist with inventory management.
- Stay knowledgeable on new products, trends, and educational resources.
- Prepare, set up, and maintain private party and event spaces.
- Assist with hosting in-store events, educational workshops, bachelorette parties, birthdays, and other group experiences.
- Work collaboratively with teammates to create a positive atmosphere for both guests and fellow team members.

Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Retail, hospitality, event, and/or customer service experience
- Basic computer and point-of-sale proficiency
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional special events
